GRAND SEIKO
GRAND SEIKO ELEGANCE COLLECTION
40.2 mm steel case with transparent caseback
First used in 2005, the snowflake dial has been coloured pale blue, evoking the snow seen from the Shinshu Watch Studio, the cradle of the Spring Drive. Being able to express the beauty of Shinshu, according to the designer's idea, the dial is characterised by a workmanship, which reproduces the irregular surface of the snow following the intense cold. The design embodies the purest classic elegance, with a square-shaped sapphire glass, Zaratsu polished handles and blue steel second hand, completing the Snowflake dial. It has a maximum power reserve of 72 hours (3 days), with its indicator located at the bottom left of the dial. The wearer of this watch can clearly see the movement through the transparent caseback.
